Introductory Course - “The Groundwork”

This ten session course introduces you to the fundamentals of Consciously Embodied Living.  Through one-on-one facilitation, you will receive the careful attention and guidance you need to help you ground this work in your awareness and in your body.

The curriculum has three essential components: One: a practical, concise conceptual framework for living an aligned, aware and empowered life.  Two: exercises and facilitation which provide an embodied experience of these concepts.  Three: personal practices and take home material which enable you to expand these capacities and capabilities on your own.
