Moving Beyond Resentment

Moving beyond resentment is often more complex than just: “letting things go.” Resentments can be place-holders for lessons unlearned. Uncovering these lessons presents a rich opportunity for growth. Bringing them to resolution releases the energy previously devoted to holding the resentment.

Resolving old resentments is no guarantee against picking up new ones though. I’ll also cover what exactly you can do to keep from building new resentments; offering you more access to your own vitality. Join me to learn how.
